Pinnacle’ becomes ‘PointPark Properties (P3)

Ian Worboys, CEO of PointPark Properties explains “ We have successfully traded under the Pinnacle name but our research showed that there is confusion in the market with other companies using the same name and particularly when searching for us on line. We have now adopted a name and strong logo that clearly identifies us in the property market. PointPark Properties builds upon our strong development brand of Point Parks, which has been used to promote our 6 development sites across Slovakia, Poland, Czech and Bulgaria. In total we have over 800k sq m developed and planning for a further 600k sq m on our PointPark sites.

The name change also allows us to use the new name on a Pan European basis across our 1.4m sq m of warehouses that we asset manage in France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Italy, Poland, Czech and Slovakia.

The new P3 logo is strong, stands out well and will become instantly recognizable as standing for PointPark Properties wherever it is seen across Europe”

Changes that occurred on 7 th of September include following offices:

Pinnacle Poland Sp.z.o.o.- PointPark Properties Sp.z.o.o.
SQO s.r.o..- PointPark Properties s.r.o.
Pinnacle Slovakia s.r.o.- PointPark Properties SK s.r.o.
Pinnacle Germany GmbH- SQO - PointPark Properties GmbH
PointPark Properties UK Ltd will be the UK trading name

The name change should also be perceived as an acknowledgement of the size, strength, and diversity of the entire assets - making " PointPark Properties " the cornerstone of our branding worldwide, both when it comes to the company’s name and naming strategy of its products .

The company will continue to operate in its current structure and all contacts will remain un-changed. At the same time we will change all our e-mail addresses to firstname.lastname@pointparkproperties.com to stay consistent with the new strengthened brand. The old e-mail addresses will continue to be operational for the foreseeable future. Our web domain www.pinnacle-ce.com will for now be changed into www.pointparkproperties.com and the existing PointParks web site www.pointparks.com will be unchanged.

Our new PointParkProperties logo that reflect the new and exciting times:

Marimex is the New Tenant at PointPark Prague D1

Marimex, under pressure from lack of space, has chosen to move their storage and customer service department from their current location. Marimex is also looking to adapt to the expansion of their company into foreign markets as well as continuing dynamic growth on the Czech market.

“Our goal was to move to a distribution centre to the outskirts of Prague but still be en route to our subsidiary in Slovakia, Marimex SK, which would simplify and accelerate the transportation of goods. The PointPark Prague D1 logistics area is a modern park allowing the optimization of standards and processes in terms of logistics and storage, essential to continual growth of our business,” said Jaroslav Rozhon, the Logistics and Operations Specialist for Marimex. “The level of communication and responsiveness of P3 has always been extremely professional,” concludes Mr. Rozhon.

“New clients are confirmation of the quality of our distribution parks, especially in the current market where vacancy rates in industrial real estate are especially high. We try to be as flexible as possible while accommodating the needs of our clients. Marimex is our fifth new client this year while PointPark Prague D1 and PointPark Prague D8 are consistently seeing around 76% occupancy,” says Tomas Novotny, the Managing Director of PointPark Properties in the Czech Republic.
