Peter Bečár, Country Manager of Pinnacle in Slovakia, stated: "This project represents a significant continuation in the construction of the PointPark Bratislava, the total planned investment of which is worth 100 million EUR. This transaction indicates that even in the present economic conditions it is still possible to realize projects of high importance and serve our customers´ needs. This project not only strengthens Pinnacle ´s position in the market, but also shows that the location of the park and the high standard of services can bring us more clients just like Möbelix.“
Bernhard Mildner, of Mobelix, also commented on their arrival at PointPark Bratislava. “Lozorno was the best choice for our centralized warehouse because of its great location. You could even call Lozorno the epicentre of our target market for the near future.”
Pinnacle started building its first distribution centre on D2 Motorway in Slovakia in 2006. PointPark Bratislava is currently consisting of 2 buildings totalling 54,000 sq m, the tenants of which are Whirlpool, Brightpoint and the automotive supplier HBPO.
