Expansion of SouthPoint project
Pinnacle has begun the next phase of expansion of the SouthPoint logistics park.
Construction works on DC C building started in November 2007. Concrete structure has been completed, external infrastructure, roofing and cladding works are in progress. DC C is planned to be completed in June 2008 and will provide 52,200 m2 of storage space.
