Jeronimo Martins Distribution leases space in PointPark Mszczonow

Warsaw, 19 May 2009 - Pinnacle is very pleased to announce that Jeronimo Martins Distribution (“JMD”), has signed another lease for warehouse space in PointPark Mszczonow. This is JMD’s second lease contract with Pinnacle.

 

JMD is the owner of Poland's largest chain of retail stores, a part of the Portuguese Jeronimo Martins Group. As part of JMD’s expansion in Mszczonow, the company has leased 1,500 sqm of space in building DC3 in PointPark Mszczonow, which reinforces their confidence in the Park and its confirms added value that the Park offers to its tenants.

Located 45 kilometers from Warsaw by the dual carriageway road E67, PointPark Mszczonow is one of the largest logistic centers in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, it includes 96 600 sq m of A-class warehouse space, and there is a potential for the development of a further 213,136 sq m.

PointPark Mszczonow offers modern storage solutions as well as flexible units designed the requirements of demanding and sophisticated logistics operators.
