Completed building DC 02 at Northpoint project
In Q3 2007 Pinnacle has successfully completed DC 02 at Northpoint.
The building was in part a built to suit project for tenants Map Merchant and In Time Spedition incorporating generous loading door capacity and high quality, and high percentage office space. Construction of the next building, being DC 05, commenced in mid October 2007 with planned completion in March 2008. The size of DC 05 is 15,000 sqm.
