NorthPoint delivers 15,000 sqm of new logistics space.
DC05 of NorthPoint has been completed and obtained final use certificate on schedule in the end of March 2008.
More than 15,000 sqm of premiere quality warehouse and office space is available to tenants. By completion of DC05 NorthPoint now totals 92,000 sqm of lettable space.
