Poland Office: Pinnacle Polska opened in August 2007, making it the third country office for the Pinnacle group. Headed by Craig Maguire, a market leader in the Polish logistics marketing and leasing business, Pinnacle Polska is the wholly owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Partners, a 50:50 joint venture between Merrill Lynch and Pinnacle’s founding management.
In line with the Pinnacle vision of creating local presence within the framework of a pan Central & Eastern European logistics development, investment and asset management franchise, Pinnacle Polska is a fully empowered operation charged with the goal of acquiring and developing multiple sites across the booming Polish logistics market space. Craig, who ran DTZ Polska’s logistics leasing business for 5 years, making it a market leader in that time, is joined by Agniezska, who led the Parkridge logistics leasing business in recent times as well as Piotr as CFO, previously at ING Real Estate Investment Management.
