In line with this approach, Pinnacle has built each of its country businesses to be semi autonomous of its overall corporate operations, and will be positioned along 4 key business streams, which in turn will be supported by key service business leaders from the Prague based corporate office. These streams are:
- Project Implementation: to cover acquisition due diligence, site reviews and feasibility studies, design studies, budget preparation and analysis, general contractor tendering, project management, site management, quality control and tenant coordination
- Leasing Management and Marketing: to cover leasing, broker management, lease legal’s management, brand management, PR strategy implementation and events
- Financial Management: to cover project financing, receivables and payables, budget monitoring, and all treasury matters and reporting
- Asset Management: covering all tenant relationship matters, commencing following the signing of lease heads of terms through to eventual occupation, and all operating matters thereafter, including asset level property management coordination in respect of rent, service charges and general park and warehouse operations and financial matters, and also day to day facility management no matter how large or small whether for cleaning of snow, maintenance of lighting fixtures or overall estate security.
