PointPark Properties (P3) is a fully-integrated property company continuously striving for best practice quality control and the most effective means to deliver its projects on time and on budget, as well as ensuring the full scope of services for its customer base. In line with this approach, P3 has built each of its local businesses to be semi-autonomous of its overall corporate operations, and is positioned along four key business streams, which in turn, are supported by key business service leaders from the Prague-based corporate office. These streams are:
- Project Implementation: to cover acquisition due diligence, site reviews and feasibility studies, design studies, budget preparation and analysis, general contractor tendering, project management, site management, quality control and tenant coordination;
- Leasing Management and Marketing: to handle leasing, broker management, lease legality management, brand management, PR strategy implementation and events;
- Financial Management: encompassing project financing, receivables and payables, budget monitoring, all treasury issues and financial reporting;
- Asset Management: comprising all tenant relationship matters, from lease-signing through to eventual occupation and all operational concerns thereafter, including asset-level property management coordination with respect to rent, service charges and general park and warehouse operations and financial matters, as well as day-to-day facility management, regardless of how large or small: whether for snow removal, lighting fixture maintenance or overall property security.
