Pinnacle further believes that its tenants’ needs are paramount to its long term success and as such having a local management team in each country of operation is a cornerstone of its strategy. In support of that vision, Pinnacle’s local businesses are managed in the respective capital city, with a separate County Head, who in turn has specialist sub heads in the areas of Project Implementation, Leasing Management and Marketing, Financial Management, and Asset Management.
In turn, Pinnacle, as a leading producer of logistics warehouses on a cross border basis in CEE seeks to provide as holistic and structured a product as it can, whether in the design, specification and location of its projects, or in the legal contracts it uses, or in its operating procedures and systems: Pinnacle is a provider of space to help its client grow their business and part of this vision is to allow them to do so in as many countries as Pinnacle is present, yet on a reliable, consistent and professional basis.
Pinnacle’s corporate team therefore provides the overall coordination of its country businesses to ensure they met these goals, as well as being responsible for the overall business development of its actives into new markets over time. This team is again structured on a matrix basis, with service line heads that in turn support their counterparts of the local country level:
- CEO: overall leadership and development of the business and the setting of that direction, on a highly entrepreneurial basis, yet at all times within normal institutional standards and procedures
- CFO: overall leadership of the financial treasury, reporting and compliance procedures of the Pinnacle business in all countries
- Acquisitions: the implementation of the business development goals of Pinnacle both within existing countries and target territories
- Development: setting of reliable and consistent design specification and implementation standards across the Pinnacle portfolio
- Asset Management: responsibility for the creation of tenant focussed seamless management systems
- Leasing and Marketing: key account tenant relationship and the management and development of the Pinnacle brand and marketing strategy
