PointPark Properties was established in 2001 to be a high-quality, European-focused, real estate development, investment and asset management company.

Since then it has grown in both scale and scope, becoming one of the leading developers and asset managers in the region, providing cross-border logistics warehousing throughout Europe.

The shareholders of the company hold a common vision, united by a core set of values: to create a world-class property company concentrating on supplying high-quality space for logistics warehousing in the booming economies of Central and Eastern Europe, thus fostering further rapid expansion and modernization. PointPark Properties platform of assets currently totals over 900,000m2 of assets under management in over 30 distribution centers, as well as a land bank of 610,000 m2 for further development throughout key logistics markets in Central Europe.
