PROJECT MANAGER - JUNIOR / BRATISLAVA
Work location - Bratislava centre. Job description, information about the position: Working closely with the Project manager as a member of the development team, the Project manager - junior will be responsible for specific projects under his responsibility including the following: • Project teams: identification, tendering, hiring and coordination of third party service providers (architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, consultants, etc). • Project design: review of the design works in progress; coordination of the permitting processes. • Project budget: preparation, negotiation and controlling of the project budgets. • Project construction: proposal and presentation of technical solutions; reporting; tendering of construction firms. • Project fit-outs: preparation and coordination of tenant fit-outs • Project integration: timing and coordination of new acquisitions
