RECEPTIONIST/TEAM ASSISTANT
An international real estate developer focusing on logistics warehouse projects, is seeking candidates for this position .
Required RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Covering the telephone exchange: receiving and transferring the incoming calls;
- Welcoming the visitors and announcing them;
- Post (incoming & outgoing) - sorting, filing, keeping list
- Receiving the company’s mail and fax documents, the incoming mail, invoices, registering and -distributing them on departments;
- ordering stationary etc.
- Courier - ensure that urgent and important documents are delivered in good time.
- Ensure travel arrangements: taxi, plane tickets and hotel bookings; car rentals
- Support to the Office Manager
- Various other duties as required (mailing, archiving, copying, updating databases, etc.)
Required QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent PC skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Very good written and verbal skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in the same position (or secretariat) – at least 1 year;
- Ability in managing several tasks at the same time;
- Pleasant and discreet person
- self-confident team-player
