RECEPTIONIST/TEAM ASSISTANT

An international real estate developer focusing on logistics warehouse projects, is seeking candidates for this position .

 

Required RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Covering the telephone exchange: receiving and transferring the incoming calls;
  • Welcoming the visitors and announcing them;
  • Post (incoming & outgoing) - sorting, filing, keeping list
  • Receiving the company’s mail and fax documents, the incoming mail, invoices, registering and -distributing them on departments;
  • ordering stationary etc.
  • Courier - ensure that urgent and important documents are delivered in good time.
  • Ensure travel arrangements: taxi, plane tickets and hotel bookings; car rentals
  • Support to the Office Manager
  • Various other duties as required (mailing, archiving, copying, updating databases, etc.)

Required QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent PC skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Very good written and verbal skills in English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in the same position (or secretariat) – at least 1 year;
  • Ability in managing several tasks at the same time;
  • Pleasant and discreet person
  • self-confident team-player
