PROPERTY MANAGER
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Coordinating asset management processes across the portfolio, this also includes long range planning, asset preservation and maximum value enhancement, custom management plans, budgets and financial reporting, cost effective operations and expense control, in cooperation with the leasing team lease negotions; maintaining tenant relations, and relationships with other third parties such as real estate agents and brokers, arranging and managing insurance, and negotiating various agreements with contractors, suppliers, vendors and other third parties; preparing recommendations and various reports from multiple properties; project inspections; construction and capital project management, due diligence support, etc.; handling various business functions on behalf of the clients with full power of attorney. Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Experience and Education Experience in property management work. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in business administration or a related field is generally preferred. Experience and education may be substituted for one another. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of principles and practices of property management and of applicable European, state, and local laws and regulations. Ability to negotiate, develop, and prepare property agreements; to communicate effectively; and to assign and/or supervise the work of others.
